"1. I Checked the I do not want the SMS notification yet you still charged me 1.5 pounds. Not very professional.
2. Driver was excellent. Well mannered, polite courteous and did a great job.
3. Confusion with all your emails about who the driver who will pick us up will be. The last email gave me a different driver than the one who came. The one who came was the one I had his phone and I am glad that I didn't see the email with the driver change as it would have created a problem.
4. I tipped the driver already 5 pounds. You should indicate that I could have done this later."

"Ther experience was good, however, there was an additional charge on arrival for the taxi meeting us in the terminal. Whilst we understand there is a cost for taxis to enter Heathrow we had presumed it was included in the price we'd already paid as was advertised as the total all inclusive price for a meet and greet. If there are to be additional costs then this should be clearly advertised and the service should not be sold as an all inclusive price by taxicode."
